Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of waterdrop and purchases offered to customers in the United States. All product prices, charges, refunds, and payments are presented and settled in U.S. dollars (USD), unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Customers must provide accurate account, billing, and shipping information and may use the store only for lawful purposes. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change before an order is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be authorized, appears fraudulent, contains an obvious error, or cannot lawfully be fulfilled.

Standard U.S. shipping is free. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Eligible no-reason returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery. waterdrop pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement. No restocking fee is charged. The eligibility exceptions and quality remedies in the Refund Policy apply.
